Ms. Flores has been with Iler & Iler LLP since 2004. She began her employment as a secretary during her last year at the University of California, San Diego. Upon graduation
Ms. Flores decided to pursue law as her career. Determined to continue working through law school, Ms. Flores chose to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law and take advantage of their part-time evening program.

During the course of her employment Ms. Flores has assisted with many aspects of the day to day operations of the firm. She also has experience with all major aspects of the management of client cases including the original claims process, initial legal filings, discovery, depositions, and mediation and trial preparation. Ms. Flores participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution program for the San Diego Superior Court, South County branch and successfully mediated over a dozen small claims cases through Thomas Jefferson School of Law’s Advanced Mediation program.

Ms. Flores is English and Spanish bilingual and derives a great sense of satisfaction from being able to assist clients in either language. Ms. Flores will be taking the California Bar Exam in July 2010 and hopes to begin her career as an attorney with Iler & Iler, LLP.
